We are a small team doing big things…therefore we ship Monday - Thursday. Excluding holidays.
Orders placed after 11 a.m. on Thursday will ship on Monday of the following week. If Monday is a holiday we will ship on the Tuesday immediately following the holiday.
Once your order leaves our facilities it is in the hands of USPS, UPS or FedEx…We can not control those delivery services…If a package goes missing we will work with the carrier to find the package so we ask, for your patience and understanding, in the delay of delivery of goods in advance :). For the most part, these companies do a great job…but there are situations where they are not perfect…and I don't know any company or person that is!
If you do not have a secure mailbox it may be best to have item(s) shipped to a secure delivery address.
Returns/exchanges must be received in great quality condition. Returns must be shipped 30 days from your day of purchase for a refund. Orders postmarked after 30 days from the day of purchase will receive store credit.
(WARNING: DO NOT use any private shipping company such as UPS, FedEx or DHL, these companies charge us a fee from $30-$90 when we receive your exchange which forces us to refuse it and it will be shipped back to you or it will be completely lost which is not what we want.).
